My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Sort of both- this particular one doesn't seem to be the best quality. We have had issues with the sprayer. Also, it doesn't come out quite far enough from the counter top. Our sink happens to very deep, so this may just be a problem for us, but it is quite a reach from where you stand. It just needs a slightly broader curve. I do love the style of it though.

    I agree. I did the same faucet for a flip and hated it.
