sliding windows

seen some special sliding windows[in UK] where they can be tilted 45 degrees and at same time one can pull one side to slide open away from the second half [on another rail] to the back of the second one.
The best about them they are noise-free,dust tight when they are closed.When they are closed they closed face-to- face on same rail.
anybody know what they are called? where to find?
