Rectangle to Square Table?

I am looking for a table where the smaller size is a rectangle but it expands width-wise to create a square. I'm having trouble finding anything like this, though I can't imagine I'm the only one that wants this. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

You are looking for a "table with leaves". Any furniture store sells them.

they have them at IKEA. the extensions are self storing under the rectangular part and lift up/pull out. comes in birch and black.

Does anyone have any recommendations? I haven’t been able to find any aside from the expand furniture which is a little too modern for our space.
