Hi. So on the first pic, the one part can open wider? Interesting as I have not seen these before but it's much nicer than the ones with the rail at the bottom. However, does that also mean water can come out between the two panels? Just curious because with kids water seems to go everywhere when they shower or bathe. Plus I wonder if they would get cold since it doesn't cover the entire expanse of the tub.

I think they work a lot better than a shower curtain with kids at least they stay in place. I would discourage bathing together just because of rough housing and start them off now learning how to use the squeegee.My grandkids have been doing this since old enough to shower by themselves.

Ok I took a harder look at these and I think you are right... Might be too fragile for twin boys. I think I'll just go for the regular bipass doors. I was hoping someone that actually had these would chime in, but haven't heard anything about them.

For the record, the doors swing in and out on the hinges. A lot of the bathrooms in Sweden and Norway had these (we were there recently on a trip) so that's where I for the idea.

Have used these in a hotel and really liked it - if you like to take baths, it's very nice.....a bath in a tub with sliding doors is never very nice. Thinking about putting them in our bath but would love to hear more from those who have them.

if you go with a shower curtain place the rod at ceiling and get an extra long liner, that is what I did, the curtain comes to the top of bathtub and I have 84 length shower liner. You can make a pretty cornice box to hide the rod, oh, I also used two shower curtains
