Thank you! Could you tell me the ceiling heights?

The ceilings are 9' throughout, with a 14' tray in the great room, 10'6" tray in the dining room, 16'10" cathedral in the master bedroom, and 8' in the bonus room.

I'm curious...the Screen Porch in the original version is larger than in the Basement Stair Option. I understand why everything from the basement stairs forward was adjusted, but I'm not sure why the Screen Porch would be changed.

Glad you asked! The screen porches are the same size, but the original version shows dimensions for the interior while the basement stair option shows dimensions to the exterior, which is our standard for porches.
We have revised the original floor plan with the corrected measurements, which are 10'6" x 13'2" from exterior face of stud to exterior face of stud.
