My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Kitchen remodel and DISHWASHER AIR VENT???

PROFESSIONAL/WELL ADVISED advice only please:
Very rarely do I see dishwasher air vents installed at the sinks of new or newly remodeled kitchens?! Is this no longer a requirement or need??? Or is it dependent on the make/model of the dishwasher being installed? Our stone slab for our counters is needing fabrication for install but we cannot proceed until we have the CORRECT answer to this question! We are not working w/ a general contractor to bounce this question off of and other contractors we have asked all have mixed answers. THANK YOU!!!!!
