It's a unique version of the Corbu chaise. There is a canvas version of the chaise that has a black leather food pad but this seems to be the more standard leather pad version with an added black foot pad. The frame of the chaise is black not chrome, which is also characteristic of the canvas version. Most of the time on the ones with the more padded leather upholstery it is just the floor base that supports the chaise that is black.
