My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Its an original Majestic fireplace from the 1960's that someone left on the curb during a remodel of a mid-century modern house, but we found it near mint condition with the paint job in the photo. We had it re-plumbed for outdoor use and fitted with a custom cap. It was fairly simple to have a plumber, who specializes in outdoor fireplaces, install it.

Not sure if the fireplace (it is NOT a "chiminea") is a Malm. More likely, it's an ATLAS brand. I own an ATLAS. It is identical in color and shape and was originally designed for interior application. Even in the exterior space shown, however, the stack should rise above open-ceiling level. Very nice over all!
