which group of dendrobiums?

I think it is in the same family as nobile dens with the dark dot in the center of the flower. So I give it that kind of culture. The canes are up to 5' tall. At first it was 1 new cane a year. 10 years later it is 2 canes a year. Old canes flower from up and down the cane. Blooms in the winter. Does anybody know which dendrobium group this belongs too?
