Unknown Vine

Does anyone recognize this viny plant? It has come up in my yard every year for the past 19 years (was apparently here when we bought our house). We live in North Texas in the Wichita Falls area. As you can see, it has very pretty serrated, three part leaves with very noticeable veins, as well as tendrils for climbing. I've never let it get very big before pulling it out of the ground, but it continues to grow and sometimes twines into the fence or another plant. I'm just wondering if its something I might actually want to have in my garden!
