Nice Paph. I think it is a hybrid with Paphiopedilum spicerianum somewhere in the breeding.
Google Paphiopedilum spicerianum and have a look at the images.
You will be lucky to get an exact hybrid name, just too many hybrids and the variation within each crossing make the task difficult.

Nice bloom Ron. I wish we could give you an exact name but like Arthur said there are so many complex hybrid out there.
