I just got these seeds. The first is Elecampene and the second is hops. I suspect both would benefit from winter sowing but am not sure. Does anyone know about that? and how long they would need to be cold and wet?
You'll want to get the hops out, it may have been even better a few weeks ago Humulus lupulus , Sow at Max. 41ºF, germination irregular, often several months
The inula doesn't need the long moist chill but its a slow germinator too at about 68F. It won't hurt it to get it sown.
