My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

To high of Temps for now

This is not good....I know everyone is enjoying the temps but this is not good for the fruit trees or roses etc.
We hit 75 today in Camp Verde and if this continues all the fruit trees will start to bloom and other plants will put on new growth. The problem is that we still have a least 4-7 more weeks were it could go back to freezing. All blooms will die and there will be no fruit and the new growth will be burned.
