I would wait. I found out the hard way many years ago (2005) when I had great looking begonias in a 29 gallon fish tank and decided to remove them all. In the matter of a couple of days they were all reduced to rubble.

Wait until it is warm and humid before moving them outside of their perfect little environment (unless you move them to a bigger perfect environment). You can help get them ready by lifting the lid a little bit every day so they can acclimate to a drier atmosphere.

Do you plan on keeping it in a terrarium? If yes, then you can start some new plants (by leaf or rhizome) and fill the container it is in. If you plan on moving it to a pot outside a terrarium, start with an appropriate sized pot for the plant (looks like a four inch pot would be a good starting place for your plant). I would repot after it warms up if you are moving it out of the terrarium.

As it gets bigger move up to the next size pot and so forth. You can aim for a big bushy plant by moving it to a bigger pot during its growth periods but you would probably need to downsize the pot in winter so you would not overwater it. Also if you want to keep the plant on the small side, then keep it constrained to a small pot (think bonsai). That also means you'd have to pay particular attention to watering if you wanted to keep it small since they dry out much quicker.

Here is an example of different sized pots for the same plant (B. 'Black Coffee'). I have the biggest in a six inch pot and the smallest in a rinse cup (2 oz)

If you want a big plant then you need a big container and vice versa.
