My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Cool photo editing for rex type begonias

Just ran across something I did a few years back and thought it might be of interest to anyone who likes to see things in a different light.

Here is the altered image but I didn't take notes and don't know what I did to alter it - maybe inverted the colors but I tried it and it isn't quite right.
