Rosario and Merengue
Hi,
Well, here is my Rosario; a bit on the wild side but nice enough I guess. I do like the color but the flowers are a bit on the small side but I'm not complaining. I bought 2 bulbs and one has 3 scapes and the other so far just 2; all with 4 flowers.

Merengue on the other hand has 6 pert, upright and in my opinion lovely flowers. It appears that all 6 flowers will be out at once. The flowers are held high in a neat regal pose and the color is a spicy dark orange which I love! I intend to pollinate on the second scape with some fresh pollen of papilio x aulicm that was given to meâÂÂ¥ I wish now that I had ordered 2 bulbs!

The undersides of the flowers are quite green but it doesn't really show well in my pictures. I'll post more pictures when all 6 flowers are out.
Thanks for looking,
Donnaâºâº
