Any florescent light should work. Sarracenia need dormancy by the way.

You don't say which Sarracenia you have. You can grow S. purpurea under lights fairly easily. If you have a taller one, you would probably do better with a T5 (high output). However if it's an extremely tall variety you would have issues with enough light reaching the growing point. Some reflective material around it might help with that. S. psittacina and many of its hybrids, as well as S. minor and S. rubra should probably do fine under lights.
