Rabbit Foot Fern dropping fronds

I have a rabbit foot fern, Davailla sp., that has been dropping it's fronds for about 4 months now. When it began, I realized it was because the soil was too water logged. I stopped watering it for about a month, and periodically used 3% hydrogen peroxide to help dry up the soil a bit.

Now the soil is fine, and new fronds are being mass produced, but they are dying and falling off before they are fully formed. I only have 2 large fronds left, and I'm not sure how long they will last. The pot it is in has an attached saucer. I have been watering it via the saucer for the past month or so.

I want to think that it's the amount of water that is causing this issue, but I'm not sure. Can anyone help me out or provide some suggestions? I love my rabbit foot fern and want to keep it alive!!
