I did a Google search of "Fiorone di Ruvo" and found plenty of info. Apparently, it is a San Pedro type. It will produce brebas and drop the main crop without the wasp to pollinate.

Thanks, but I was hoping to get some more current info.
How has this fig performed, since these posts, and would the second crop still drop in a warmer climate?

FDR is a large fig, does not hold well to rain and not as tasty. If you want a san pedro type fig, you are better off growing a Desert King and Granthams Royal. Good size crop and awesome tasting.
