Raised Bed Garden Feb, Houston?

Hi, Everyone - we are amateurs. Last spring, we put in a raised-bed garden in a sunny spot in our back yard. It is about 9 foot diameter circular. I plan to add another circle so it will be about double.

What can we be planting, or planning, now in Feb? We can seed plants indoors if that is a good strategy.

We mainly want garden vegetables and legumes and herbs.
