Moving to KY

Hello! We're moving to KY (Owensboro) from that Dallas area and it seems as though I will have an entirely new learning curve with gardening. Any websites, books or links that are specific to KY gardening would be great. Love veggie/eddible gardening in addition to learning about native plants or plants that are well adaptive to the area.

Welcome to the BLuegrass State. I lived in Owensboro years ago. I now live closer to the TN line.

They have a nice Botanical Garden also. We don't have the heat to

deal with as much as Texas. My Son in Law is from Houston.

There are a number of books. Also recommend visiting Bernheim Forest and Yew Dell Gardens near Louisville.
