My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Last year the spike was 10' long and curled around the ceiling. this year it was going to make 2 but one of God's little creatures nipped the top of the developing spike. I don't know why we are supposed to love God's little creatures, personally I hate the little bastards and try to kill them when I can.

The plant is making 2 secondary spikes which won't amount to much but that is all I'll get this year. Here is the first of the flowers.
