Length of dormancy....

Greetings!
I have two grafted plumeria, Celadine and Mardi Gras, which I purchased
last spring. They grew very well last summer outdoors... Brought indoors in October... Dropped most of their foliage by New Year's. Have been keeping them on the dry side. The new growth tips look plump and healthy. How long do they need to rest before I can start them into growth again? I work at a greenhouse, so am able to use the facility for a few of my own plants. I was thinking of wrapping them up and taking them to work so they could get an early start... But wanted to know how long they need to sit dormant. Thanks!
