I'm having problems with my Beefsteak tomatoes. The leaves are curling and theres yellow light green bumps on tops of leaves. No insects observed. Using a hand mixed organic soil I mixed last season. Grew fantastic plants from seed to maturity last season. Using tap water, is this a PH problem? Tap reads around 7.5.

In the photos you can see 2 healthy homestead tomatoes to the left of the 4 curled beefsteak. Both receiving the same regimen and environment. Fed the beefsteak toms a compost tea to see if nutrient problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
