Close up of tray. Almost all the items were purchased at resale shops. The tray was $5 at GW & has beautiful gold accent painting of fruit & vines on it. A huge bag of gold, brown & burgundy ornaments for $2, a huge bunch of flowers for $2, the Santa was $4 , the candle holder $3 or $4 can't remember. The pitcher was 70% off at another resale shop so it was $1 and change. Glass holder for ornaments was $2 at resale shop.

Added a set of battery lights & battery candle. Also, ordered some classic Christmas books to desplay on his coffee table.

Bet your son loved it all. You did some great bargain hunting on the decorations. Those trays are wonderful. I like both arrangements equally well. I think I have a pair of the white quail in my Xmas closet, so maybe I can do something with them next year now you've given me some ideas. :o)
