My hubs gave me the meat/food grinder attachment for my stand mixer and we have noticed a problem with the meat oozing out from around the threaded cap. It stops after awhile, but I think that's because the threads are now plugged with the oozing meat. Has anyone else had this problem? Customer service didn't really seem to know the product well and they are sending a new knife (the little blade that does the shredding) as the answer, but we feel that's not what is causing the problem. If you've had this issue, how did you resolve it?
