When you increase the hook or needle size it becomes more of a lace concept. Remember that wool stretches and acrylics
along with other synthetic fibers hold their shape. You can
go up 3 sizes with synthetics but be careful when increasing
natural hair yarns. Also, the size of the finished project changes
in size with increases in hook and needle size.
Always do a swatch...In needle work you can always
do a test piece !
