Four Seasons Manfacturered Housing

I am looking for information on Four Seasons Manufacturered Homes. Has anyone had any experience with this Manufacturer? We have found a used home (2005) on a lot and are interested in purchasing it but are concerned about the quality of the home. I have been searching but do not find much info about manufacturer or home. Any suggestions or web sites that might be helpful would be greatly appreciated. (The home looks to be in good condition, well maintained and frame seems to be tied down properly.)

Ask the seller if he/she has a spec sheet for the home...it will have alot of information about exactly how the home is built...insulation, sub flooring,wiring,ect...this will help you make a more educated decision...all homebuilders use different construction methods on different models and the home could have been built to the previous owners wants/needs...for example it could have been built with extra insulation... something you'd never know without that spec sheet...good luck!

I know nothing about this brand of home except that they are no longer in business. Whether they just sold to a larger company I do not know. The only reviews I found were pretty bad, but may all be issues a previous owner took care of.
