I would recommend doing an online search for granite yards in your area. Many granite yards have websites which show samples of the types of granite they have. Then you can visit the yard and choose a slab.

I'd also suggest not getting too hung up on a specific name. The names are notoriously inconsistent, and you may find a similar rock under different name. Your best bet is to peruse the websites and stone yards rather than to just hone in on that name.

Also, be warned that this rock is indeed "granite" (in the kitchen sense of the word, but not in the geologic sense) but there will also be black marbles with white veins that look similar. Arm yourself with the knowledge to tell the difference before you fall in love with something. Search this forum for the countertop geology threads and you'll find all the details you need.
