Large (long) lumbar pillow on sofa . . .

Does anyone have one of the large/long lumbar pillows on a sofa? The 36" long size? I saw a pic somewhere and liked the look. I love fabric and love pillows and change mine up alot (so I can get my fabric fix LOL). If you have one - do you use just that pillow or others with it? I looked around on Pinterest but couldn't find that many pics on there.

I have a 24" one.....I have 2 sofas, but only one lumbar thanks to PB!!

It really does not get used, as I am short and like to sit up straight. I use one of the 18" pillows for my back, or the large down pillow in the corner, if I want to put my feet up.
