Hello remodeling fanatics :)
This is my first time posting... we are almost done with our kitchen renovation and am wondering if any of you have any suggestions on what to do with the small space above the kitchen sink/below the window sill. I know it's weird that I don't want to extend the backsplash to that area, but I think it gives it an unfinished look when you don't have a wall that can end it. We were thinking of strictly adding backsplash tile right underneath the window sill (and end it right where the window sill ends) but the sides would still look unfinished. We also thought of a stainless steel sheet (like you put on the doors when you have dogs that scratch doors to go out)... what are your thoughts? FYI.. the backsplash we ended up going with, is a mosaic of different color blues and metal... (squares).
Thank you in advance :)
