Literally tiny bedroom

Hi. our bedroom ( my boyfriend and mine) is terribly small so we have a huge space constraint, in addition to that,the house is really old so we can't do too much hammering otherwise we might crack the walls. Anyone has any great ideas on how to maximize and (magically) expand a 2.5 X 4m bedroom?
