I got it from a site called https://www.maxfurniture.com/bathroom.html It has been a great piece and value. We are happy with our purchase. (I changed out the knobs)

I too love this bathroom. Is the grout on the floor darker than what you used on the subway tiles? We purchased this same tile for our master bath floor and I really want to go with darker grout, but it seems to not be too popular with people? Would love to know what you used. It looks great!
