What color should I use for the black splash? And how far to the top ? Flush with the top of kitchen cabinet ?

Cabinet is dark brown ( supplier label is Charcoal )

Floor tile is Centura 12 x 24 White

Counter top is mix grey granite, shown on picture.

What kind of backsplash should I pick ? What color ? Since the granite top color is busy ?

What size of white subway tile would you suggest ?

Between the white glass back splash and grey/ white / dark charcoal ceramic mono 12 x 12. Which one is appropriate for matching with the kitchen?

Thank you for the response. Yes. I am thinking wither the white subway tile or the white/ Grey/ charcoal mosaic squares. What do you think is the pros and cons of the 2 ?

I would go with gray glass subway tile you have enough white in the space with the floor I think 3 x 12 size would be nice up to the bottom of the cabinets on the stove wall and all the way to the top of the cabinets behind the stove and on the window wall I would just do to the bottom of the window and hang a great piece of art on the wall.

Keep it simple and lighter than your counters. I'd go up about 1/3 of the cabinets. Where you run into a problem is at the far right where the counter and cabinets stop but the wall continues. Use pencil tile to end it on all edges. Stay away from accents, borders and medallions.

Pencil tile is a long very thin piece used to end an expanse of tile. It really help give a finished look.

Or you can have a more contemporary look with schluter edging
