Cyclamen need a dormancy period in summer. Stop watering it around April 1st or so... Leave it in the pot and put it down your basement... Or dark cool closet if you don't have a basement. Just forget about it until about late August or early September. At that point, bring it up, repot the bulb into fresh, well draining potting mix. Begin watering the bulb to wake it up... Place it in a bright but cool window... East facing is fine. As fall approaches, I move my cyclamen onto my unheated porch that faces South. They love cool temperatures while growing.... Days in the 50's and nights in the 40's. Fertilize with a blossom booster type fertilizer every couple weeks, and let the soil surface become dry to the touch between waterings. Mine usually begin sending up flowers around Thanksgiving or so, and flower through the winter. When the flowering comes to an end and the leaves begin to yellow, I start the cycle all over again. Once the cold of winter sets in, my porch is too cold, so they get moved into my dining room bay window. The temperature there never gets much above 60 even on sunny days. You have to love old drafty houses. Not so comfortable in winter for humans, but great for plants! Some of the cyclamen I have are close to 10 years old and they flower beautifully for me every year. The bulbs get bigger as the years go by.
