Testing the new format X allowing multiple attachments.

I am back to two Lexan chain guides due to a chain jump with one guide. Plus, this nice North TX weather allowed me to machine the needed Lexan over spacers vs + which is not a good fix. This is also my test to see if the new format will allow more than one attachment.

Does the Lexan seem to hold up pretty good? That is a good idea right there!

The lexan is holding up well due to only making contact with the rivets “occasionally” vs the teeth at all. The spool “created”, keeps the chain on the sprocket. This is a first on an electric or gas saw that I noticed this need on.

Why the Walking “in your opinion and others experiences” if the chain is properly tightened?

I did notice steel oval guides on a Gas Poulan Pro with an E-Clips holding the guides and sprocket on. The Electric saw was a little more work due to machining the Lexan to fit over steel spacers with plenty threads left for tightening the nut. The attachment shows the outside steel spacer with a flat inside needed to keep the bolt from spinning out. Lexan was fitted over outside and inside spacer to get the spool.
