help repotting

How do I repot this? I just repotted all of my other orchids but this one is growing so out of control and blooming I'm not sure what to do with it or how you handle the roots that have grown over the pot. sorry the picture is sideways but it took so long to load I don't want to redo it again lol

It may not need repotting! Hard to say from the Photo. That is a happy Phalaenopsis and some of them seem to delight in making lots and lots of aerial roots.

Perhaps just place the the pot into a larger pot and fill in the gap between the two pots with some mix.

Agree with Arthur. Phals like to send out aerial roots (they cling to trees) so that is not a reason to repot. Just enjoy the flowers and repot after they are finished.
