How do I delete photos from my ideabook?

To delete photos you have saved in your ideabook, sign in and go to Your Houzz. Click on the ideabook, then click the Edit button. Select one or more photos you want to delete, then click the Remove Photos button.If you are using the Houzz mobile app, touch Your Houzz, then select your ideabook. Tap edit and select photos to remove, move or reorder.

I was wondering if u could use imgur.com & attach a URL instead of uploading to houzz

To the right of the your name on each post you should see the words delete and just a jump to the left of that there should be a edit button. You might have to hover to see it. From there delete the photo or the whole post. I think.

Yes its like EQ2 said. I ran into the same thing thinking I could download from photobucket but I had no photo in my message. Then later I saw the edit and delete button and the photo button. So it all works just different. I just wish Houzz would give a preview button.

Since posts are composed WYSIWYG the preview feature is real time.

To delete a picture from a post as you are composing it use delete or backspace on the keyboard as you would do with text.

Something that bugs me about this forum and it is the same as it was with GW is that when "YOU" post to a thread it shows as newly posted to (highlighted). Your own post should drive a thread to the top but it should only be highlighted if someone other you has posted to it alerting you to new posts. I dont need to be alerted to the fact that I have posted and the only way to removed the highlighting is to visit the thread just after posting which is kind of silly if you had just posted there.
