Should I hang the print lower?

now its too high. it was sorta ok (but too high) til you showed the things on the other side are lower.

the 60" to center rule is a good one unless you are balancing the painting with a larger, higher mass, such as a bookcase. your mass of mirror is lower than the painting.

Maybe a little. You want it so the average person can look at it without looking up so the average height to hang a picture is 63".

Yes, it looks closer to the ceiling than to the top of the wainscoting. Lower it about 12 inches. Wish we could see more of the whole wall where it's hanging.

No, due to the baby grand's placing, I'd leave it where it is.

The middle of the picture should be about 60 inches from the floor. Unless you're hanging it over something. Check out the position of art in these living areas.

No, it's perfect. It's an even distance between the top and bottom molding, so it looks even more "in place." I think you should leave it as it is.

It's fine. So it's an inch and a half to high, big deal. I'm sure all your friends r going to say omg u have that picture 1 1/2 to high. Quit worrying.

It needs to come down a bit. Maybe about 8 inches or so. Right now it is too high and draws the eye to the picture, as it is a bit off. First thing my eye sees, and all the other beautiful things, piano, etc., become my second glance.

I agree, it's way too high.
