Can you tell me is that a metallic paint you used on the stencil?

Hi Cynthia! No this wasn't a paint at all that was used. A metallic based plaster called luster stone was trowelled into the stencil and then the sparkly mica flakes were padded into the wet luster stone. It dries as you see in the photo.
