The potato planter is circa 1918. It weighs about 800 pounds and was originally designed to be pulled by horses. The planting mechanism is ground driven.
We only had to clean, paint and oil it. Otherwise, it just works.

1918, cool!. I have seen a few pull type potato diggers but not an old planter.

We have a Hoover potato digger too. I still need to sand blast and paint it. It already works.
