Perhaps the current winter blast will be our last here in the south and I can get back to my project mid-March. I really need help on entry door (shade sail to be removed :), awnings and exterior siding materials. Going for a modern design. I see white with bold accent color on entry and elsewhere.

Entry door

Considering double French many pics of doors with a large picture window transom above separate, perhaps some glass block on the sides or same. I used glass block in the walk-way wall which probably will get stucco.

Awning

Like an awning over the entry door, maybe wrapping towards front? Walk is 5 ft wide. Maybe awnings over windows?

Siding

I see 2-3 different materials but can't seem to gel on the right mix. Cement board, metal (Galvalume), stack stone, wood (cedar) etc. perhaps with border board around to bring the height down.

Thank you for any direction. I will be hiring someone to design the inside but got to get past this major step.
