My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

New construction Kitchen and dinning decor ideaa

This is a similar model except I will have black appliances and dark brown cabinets and wood floors. Looking for decorations and color ideas. This is my kitchen table.

With dark cabinets, appliances and furniture, you will need a lot of light colors, rug, and additional lighting to prevent the area looking depressing. Invest in much better lighting than shown in these photos as well.
