The first thing I would do is rip out overgrown landscaping since it really obscures the house to the point that I can't really see it enough to comment on the exterior finishes. However, if what I'm seeing in front of the hedge are two really big sago palms those should definitely not be thrown away and should be moved as they look really big and healthy and would be super expensive to replace at that size. But they are too big for their current position and possibly should flank the corners.
