My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The bed is a custom design, built by Skylar Morgan Furniture Design in Atlanta:http://www.houzz.com/pro/skylarmorganfurniture/skylar-morgan-furniture-design

    I could not find the right look and proportions for the room, so I worked with SMFD to create this fantastic solution. The design intent was for the bed to have a floating effect, with the look of built-in, one-piece construction. Using solid white oak as the material of choice, SMFD delivered beyond expectations...the workmanship is phenomenal.
