I did some research and found the name of the sculpture ("Reaching for center") and eventually the sculpture itself at Global Views, but it is not directly available from them, you have to find a retailer.

You can find a retailer selling the sculpture at different places by googling the name.

You may find a better price if you do a bit of research.

The same sculpture exists as a decor panel (screwed to the wall,) it is on sale right now on amazon.com at $873.
