These are cedar trees harvested off the Oregon coast. The large tree is 7' wide at the base. The boulder is 6' tall. We had to set the main tree with a crane. We had to lift it and set it until it was a perfect scribe to the boulders. We then added smaller logs as branches. We tried to add these in a way that imitated the way a tree grows.

I am amazed how perfectly the tree meets up with the stone. Beautiful!
