What is the size of the rebar? How far apart are these? How many feet underground? Also did you have to use concrete?

Hello, the rebar is #8 (1" diameter) with 8" spacing. They were welded together at the bottom with a steel angle and wet set in a concrete footing 18" below grade. Thanks
