I love any kind of blooms at this time of the year. I hope bees and other little flying creatures are finding it. They've been finding the sweet alyssum, pansies and violas in bloom here.

No bees here. This is in the greenhouse. There is quite a bit of henbit blooming outside the greenhouse--right against the south wall--but I haven't seen bees there yet either.

I get bees in the greenhouse if I leave both doors open, but not if I open only one. Maybe they are too smart to go into a structure with only one way in and out. There's something in the greenhouse eating big holes in the rhubarb leaves, and I mean big holes....like a caterpillar or even a grasshopper. This is the first year that has happened that I can remember, and it might even be a snail because I cannot find anything during the day, and I haven't ventured out at night with a flashlight to see what I can find because the nights have been so cold.
