I only recently found out houzz acquired garden Web I hope it wasn't just bc they viewed them as a competitor and wanted to eliminate them instead of actually merge the forums into their website I sill don't know how to access the forum from the main houzz homepage. it's not rocket science making a few Web page and mobile app updstes. Get someone on it!

I kind of wish there was a way to put old usernames in parenthesis next to the new ones! I have had a Houzz account for years, so it's not like I'll create a new one with my GardenWeb name.

Hi Jeannine, you can do that, actually. The name that displays with your posts is editable. If you wanted, you can go to your profile, click Edit Profile, then where you see First Name enter your username and your gardenweb name in parenthesis. :) If you haven't done so already, you can also merge your two accounts, so your old gardenweb content will be on your Houzz profile too. You can do that here.

@savant If you click where you see advice on the homepage, a drop down menu will appear to give you options for Houzz forums or GardenWeb forums. Hope that helps!

Any update for GW on mobile apps, yet?

Hi Errant, No update yet. GardenWeb will be integrated into the apps in a future update, but until then, it is accessible through the browser on your device at http://gardenweb.com Sorry for the wait!

Thanks for the reply, Emily. So long as we aren't forgotten :)
